We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You must notify gtr777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain credential security.
gtr777 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your legal name matching the name on your gtr777 Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and User account status. Standard accounts have daily deposit limits of Rp 50,000,000; VIP accounts may have higher limits upon request and verification. You may set personal deposit limits through your Account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. During periods of high volume or technical maintenance, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number. gtr777 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose receiving fees beyond our control. We process withdrawals for the exact requested amount; any fees deducted from the received amount are imposed by the receiving financial institution.
gtr777 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. We employ sophisticated transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity patterns. Accounts exhibiting characteristics consistent with money laundering—including but not limited to minimal or no wagering activity, rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles, or structured transactions designed to avoid reporting thresholds—will be suspended pending investigation.
We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations. Users engaged in money laundering or other financial crimes will face immediate account closure, fund seizure, and criminal prosecution.
Bonuses are promotional offers extended by gtr777 at our sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified Users who have completed KYC verification and have not violated any Terms. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods detailed in the bonus offer. You must read and understand all bonus-specific terms before claiming any promotional offer.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributions vary by odds (typically bets at odds 1.50 or higher contribute 100%).
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes, exploiting software errors or loopholes to gain unfair advantage, wagering opposite sides of the same market or event to guarantee bonus clearing with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed by gtr777 to be contrary to the spirit and intent of promotional offers. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, associated winnings, and potentially all account funds forfeited, and accounts will be permanently closed.
gtr777 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific Users from receiving bonuses if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the User has abused bonuses or violated Terms in the past.
A bet is considered accepted once you receive confirmation through the Platform interface and the bet appears in your betting history. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bet before or after acceptance if we identify technical errors (incorrect odds, palpable errors in line setting, or game availability errors), suspected rule violations, or fraudulent activity. Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds or lines (palpable errors) may be voided at our discretion.
Sports bets are settled based on official results declared by the governing body of the sport at the conclusion of the event. Bets on live (in-play) events are settled based on the score or result at the time the bet was placed, not the final result. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our sports-specific rules. Generally, bets on postponed events remain active if the event is completed within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided and stakes refunded.

You must take reasonable precautions to protect your Account credentials, including using strong passwords, not sharing login information, logging out after each session, and enabling two-factor authentication if available.
If you suspect your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify gtr777 customer support, change your password, and review your account activity. We will investigate suspected security breaches and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account to prevent further unauthorized access.
gtr777 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission, secure password hashing, firewall protection, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits. However, no internet-based system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for losses resulting from security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Users found engaging in any prohibited activity will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances including deposits and winnings, and potential legal action.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting closure. Before processing closure, we will verify your identity and process any pending withdrawals for your remaining balance. Closure requests may take up to 7 business days to process. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
We reserve the right to suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security breaches, failure to provide requested verification documents, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform or other Users. Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to your violation of Terms. Upon termination or closure, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. All licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms terminate immediately. Provisions regarding liability limitations, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.
While we strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, gtr777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
In the event of obvious technical errors including incorrect odds display, software malfunctions, or communication errors, we reserve the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. If a technical error results in winnings being credited to your Account that you were not entitled to, we reserve the right to deduct those winnings from your balance.
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. gtr777 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtr777, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 6 months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gtr777 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, your use of the Platform, or any activity conducted through your Account.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our service, you must first contact gtr777 customer support via email at [email protected] or through live chat. Provide detailed information about your complaint including account username, transaction reference numbers, dates, and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and investigate thoroughly. Most complaints are resolved within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate your complaint by requesting review by a senior manager. Provide additional information or clarification regarding why you believe the initial resolution was inadequate. Senior management review typically takes an additional 7-14 business days. Our decision following senior management review is final and binding.
If internal dispute resolution does not satisfactorily resolve your complaint, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution through independent arbitration services recognized in our licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration costs shall be borne equally by both parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Any arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in class action litigation against gtr777.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gtr777 holds its primary gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process or arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that licensing jurisdiction.
However, Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable Indonesian laws. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as gtr777 making any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia or advising Users regarding compliance with Indonesian law. Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding their obligations under Indonesian law before using the Platform.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
